I have more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources within multinational companies. I am a people-oriented professional who genuinely enjoys discussing ideas and sharing insights with others. My key strengths include quickly adapting to new environments and facilitating productive group discussions. I also have strong experience in event management—designing, organizing, and executing various events such as trainings, meetings, and workshops, including end-to-end participant logistics. This expertise is strengthened by my capability as a professional Master of Ceremony (MC). Additionally, I manage international guest travel arrangements and create effective social media content and promotional materials for events.

Marketing Foundation
Marketing Foundation is a basic training for marketers. I was involved as a facilitator handling logistics, from arranging the venue and equipment, creating the agenda with the trainer, to serving as the master of ceremony (MC) and timekeeper, ensuring all consumption (refreshments/meals) was available, and inviting participants from the initial placeholder stage through to the final graduation.
Insight Discovery
The workshop emphasized the need for flexibility and agility in our approach to insight discovery, enabling us to quickly adjust strategies and seize emerging opportunities. My responsibilities included maintaining participants’ energy throughout the session and gathering their feedback.
HR Awayday
The HR Awayday is an annual event for the entire Human Resources team of PT Unilever Indonesia. The theme at that time was sports, called "HR Olympics." I served as the Master of Ceremony (MC), which also involved leading and guiding all the game sessions designed for all levels of staff, from administrators to directors. The Vice President of HR also delivered a Business Update. My role was to maintain the participants' mood and ensure they didn't become too serious after the business talk, so they would be energized and happy to continue the event until the end.
Collaboration Training
This collaborative workshop involved several divisions as well as other third-party entities who were jointly responsible, focusing on the smooth execution of the work to achieve the main goals, thereby maintaining the company's reputation and ensuring it remains the best mining company in Kalimantan. My role, besides being the Master of Ceremony (MC), was also to manage the participants by dividing them into small group discussions. I also acted as an icebreaker and timekeeper, ensuring the three-day workshop ran smoothly, stayed on schedule, and remained engaging for all participants.
